The company is engaged in the wholesale distribution of grains, fresh produce, seeds and animal feeds. It was incorporated in the year 1998 and it conducts business from its registered head office which is strategically located in Baltanas, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the sale of the following products: fruits and vegetables, corn, rice, wheat, oats, barley, and unpolished rice; dry beans; soybeans, sunflower seed, sunflower oil, Canola, Durum, flaxseed, and other inedible beans; and other farm product raw materials. In addition, the company has active interests in the operation of country or terminal grain elevators primarily for the purpose of wholesaling.
